People are still looking for good deals. The deals are there if you are realistic about what a good deal is. Marco Island didn't take the hit that some of the more newsworthy Lee County markets did, so you won't very likely find the 50 cents on a dollar deals here. However, it's worth your time to think about buying something now.

February 2008 Sales activity:

16 single family homes sold from $290,000 to $2,375,000.

21 condo's sold from $210,000 to $3,650,000.

5 lots sold from $138,000 to $470,000.
