Single Family Inventory 1st Qtr 2010 is down 25% from 1st Qtr 2009 (466 vs 626)
Condo Inventory 1st Qtr 2010 is down 18% from 1st Qtr 2009 (751 vs 914)
 
Single Family closed sales 1st Qtr 2010 is up 5% from 1st Qtr 2009 (56 vs 53)
Condo closed sales 1st Qtr 2010 is up 34% from 1st Qtr 2009 (63 vs 47)
 
The dollar side of it:
Single Family Average Sale Price 1st Qtr 2010 is down 21% from 1st Qtr 2009 ($625k vs 793k) and down 6% from 4th Qtr 2009 ($670K)


Condo Average Sale Price 1st Qtr 2010 is down 13% from 1st Qtr 2009 ($621k vs $541k)
and down 3% from 4th Qtr 2009 ($524k).
