For February 2008, the average sales price on Marco Island was 88.1% of the list price.

People are still looking for good deals. The deals are there if you are realistic about what a good deal is. Marco Island didn't take the hit that some of the more newsworthy Lee County markets did, so you won't very likely find the 50 cents on a dollar deals here. However, it's worth your time to think about buying something now.
