According to Marco Realtor MLS stats, 45 waterfront houses sold between January 1 and March 30 2010. 

  • 35 (78%) sold for more than $500,000 
  • 10 (22%) sold for less than $500,000 
  • 5 (11%) sold under $400,000

The lowest priced waterfront with pool closed at $425,000 ($204 per sq/ft)

The lowest priced waterfront without pool closed at $265,000 ($220 per square foot)
