I'm frequently asked, "What is the highest priced house on Marco Island?"  That got me thinking about the other side. What is the lowest priced house on Marco Island? Today I'll give you the 4 highest and 4 lowest priced houses. Tomorrow I'll do the same for condominiums. High

876 Sea Dune Lane is $11,500,000 for a 9,200 sqft beachfront estate

1572 Shores Ct is $11,500,000 for a 7,845 sqft gulf view marina home

986 Royal Marco Way is $10,100,000 for a 8,894  sqft beachfront home

1002 Royal Marco Way is $9,000,000 for a 6,000 sqft beachfront home

 

Low

1380 Auburndale Ave is $212,500 for a 1,445 sqft 2bed/2bath built in 1979

1824 Dogwood Dr is $229,900 for a 1725 sqft 3bed/2bath 1998 fixer upper

1183 Sunbird Ave is $250,000 for a 1,218 sqft 2bed/1bath  built  in 1969

233 Tahiti Rd is $269,900 for a 1,600 sqft 4bed/2bath built in 1972
