Woodbine Property Ignites Bidding Frenzy

    As we pulled up to the driveway at 1869 Woodbine Court we were greeted by a crowd.  Anxious agents and their buyers lined the front yard waiting their turn to tour this beautiful home.  Cell phones heated up as folks clamored to get their offers in.  By the end of the day - 13 offers - all above list price!

    The moral of the story: now is the time to grab those deals you've been waiting for.

When Marco Island residents complain about cold weather we are usually laughing all the way to the beach. No kidding this time, it was really cold! Luckily for us sales activity is warming up and inventory is cooling down.

Active Lisitngs- All Property Types

• January 2010 there are 1571 active listings
• December 2009 had 1624 active lisitngs
• January 2009 had 1954 active lisitngs

So... January 2010 inventory is down 19.6% from January 2009.
